A one-hour ideation session to unlock new possibilities for your business, your life, and your future.
We don't follow a process, just you and me making magic.
Our half day intensive gets you and my team to show up and take you and your team (or just you) through our process to discover the pivot or the opportunity that you are looking for.
This is done face to face or over a teleconference.
Sometime what you are working on needs a constant amount of support and insight.
At this level we will meet on a regular basis and dig deeper into discovering your life of Success without Regrets.
Phase #1
Define The Goal: Before you start coming up with a ton of ideas with your team, it is important to have a destination in mind. President Juan Manuel Santos once told me that "Every ship needs a destination. You must choose your destination before you start or you will be lost at sea.".
We start by getting extreme clarity on what you and your business are trying to accomplish and what the current state of the world is for you.
Phase #2
Generate Ideas: After we know where we are going and why we have decided to make this journey, it is time to start generating ideas. This is done one on one or in small groups. Depending on the size of the journey you are taking it often helps to have each group generate ideas for only a small part of the overall picture. This is brainstorming with a purpose!
Phase #3
Collect Ideas: Once you have generated a pool of ideas, it's time to bring them all together and start looking for themes and organize them all. The organization process is when we refocus on the goal and reestablish extreme clarity.
Phase #4
Analyze Ideas: Once the ideas are organized we measure each idea on several factors such as cost, feasibility, effort, the likelihood of producing desired results, and many more. We then pitch each idea and test our assumptions about the metrics we are measuring them by.
Phase #5
Act: At the end of this process we should now have a few ideas to choose from that check all the boxes for moving forward towards your goals. Now is the time to pick one, plan a project, and execute.
This process can be as intense or as fluid as you want. Most people who ideate as a core strength don't enjoy structure so it is important to create an atmosphere and environments that engage and encourage free thought and creativity.
